Designing smart objects for travelling
This is a short paper describing an approach to designing smart devices for travelers who use journals to record their travel. They are using interviews as a way to understand traveler culture and understand how records become part of narrative about travel experience. The authors approach the topic from an arts perspective and rightly advocate focusing on user behavior instead of technology driven approaches.
